I’m Jim Torino, a proud Democrat, and I’m running for Congress because I believe we need leaders rooted in service to others.

For me, leadership is about helping others achieve a better life for themselves and their families.

We can do better by ensuring every American has access to affordable healthcare, good paying jobs, and a home.

I’ve spent my life serving communities, building organizations that create real opportunities, and standing up for those too often forgotten.

I’ve worked every day to ensure individuals who are most vulnerable receive the help they need. I know the challenges facing families because I’ve spent my life working to solve them.

But this campaign isn’t about me, it’s about all of us.

It’s about proving that the Democratic Party’s highest values — compassion, fairness, and opportunity — are alive and well.

And it’s about showing the rest of the country that these values can win here.
