- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

I agree that the initial ($3,300) of my contribution is designated for the primary, and any additional amount up to ($3,300) is designated for the runoff election campaign, up to a total of ($6,600) for both elections.
