Let me tell you where the campaign to take back the U.S. House is going to begin. It's a congressional district in Illinois, just northwest of Chicago, on the banks of Lake Michigan.
In 2014, the big special interests flooded the 10th District with millions of dollars of attack ads. My friend, Congressman Brad Schneider, took the punches, again and again, and barely lost. It was one of the closest, most expensive races in the country.
