Joe, a civil rights attorney with over 20 years of experience, has worked on behalf of the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania, the ACLU, and the The First Amendment Lawyers Association. Joe will work hard to protect reproductive rights and civil liberties, and help end the chaos in Washington.
