Joe is a 3rd generational Baltimore native. Both his and wife and him are natives to Baltimore. living in his wife's childhood home and raising their kids in Baltimore City! He is an active community leader having served as president of this neighborhood association, serves on the Highlandtown Main Street Design Team, and is a lay leader at Our Lady of Pompei church, the church of his family for five generations. He is also the board president of Baltimore Family Alliance.

Joe is running to engage with and advocate for citizens so they are well informed on how to connect with elected officials and to ensure those officials are being responsive to the needs of citizens. It's important to have strong and effective leaders who are attentive, empathetic, and dare to do the right thing. We have a lot of work to do!
