Joel Cuthbert For Jefferson County Assessor

Joel has twenty three years of appraisal/assessment experience and is focused on three main points. 1) The government should work for its people, not the other way around. 2) He wants to treat people like human beings, not numbers. 3) How the phrase, "That's the way we have always done it" is not in his vocabulary.

He will share his message and communication with people from all over Jefferson County and the State of Colorado, by developing a property tax calculator that will help you estimate your property taxes by entering in your property value and mill levy, and YouTube videos helping educate others through the complexity of our State laws about valuation and taxation.
