  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions to Pimentel for Board of Equalization 2026 are not tax deductible. Each individual over the age of 18, labor unions, corporations, other business entities and PACs may contribute a maximum of $1,000, per election. Contributions in the name of another or by foreign nationals not admitted to permanent resident status are prohibited.
