*Matt Cartwright in PA-08 (PVI of R+4)
A donation to a candidate in Pennsylvania or Arizona may have an upstream benefit to the Presidential race, and as there is a potentially messy and close race in Arizona for the US Sentate, a donation to an Arizona House candidate may help the Democratic candidate there also, where Rep. Ruben Gallego is the likely candidate against Independent Kyrsten Sinema and the eventual Republican candidate. NE-02 may also come into play in the Presidential election.
