Our Platform

• Communication/Transparency: The current administration has made advancements by leaps and bounds to reach more of the community but we still have a long way to go. Our goal is to engage with more of the community so that citizens know the work being done on their behalf. This includes but is not limited to greater social media outreach, live streaming of committee meetings, and an online appointment portal to set up time to make your voice heard.
• Taxes: We would like to continue the work of the current administration to stabilize taxes while looking for smart growth opportunities. With an imbalance between residential/commercial development - 97% to 3%, business development will be a main focus in securing a bright future for Woolwich.
• Warehouses: More warehouses do not align with the vision of Woolwich residents and they do not align with our vision. More trucks driving on the same streets our children ride their bikes or being build near our schools is not an acceptable solution to our tax problem.
• Education: As parents of young children, we understand the concerns about the future of education and the financial strain early childhood development can cause. We are committed to advocating for our students to have the best education available because those students will build a better Woolwich.
