I have spent my career in medicine creating model health systems for people from marginalized communities living with HIV infection. I have watched in disbelief as Congress reduced care for the poorest to fund tax cuts for the richest, and confirmed unqualified officials who introduce policies that threaten our health, environment, and safety. *Reverse the policies that create increasingly unaffordable groceries, utilities and housing
