Jordan Grossman - Special Election

Jordan Grossman for Ward 2 - Special Election

Because disgraced former Ward 2 Councilmember Jack Evans resigned amid a massive corruption scandal just before he was going to be expelled, there will be a special election to fill the vacancy on June 16, 2020 in addition to the regularly scheduled primary election on June 2, 2020.

Jordan's running for DC Council because he's for you, not for sale.

As Ward 2’s Councilmember, he’ll fight to make it easier for District residents to afford a home, find high-quality child care, walk, bike or take public transit to work, and pay off student loan debt.

Jordan’s participating in DC’s new public financing program, which means he’s only taking donations up to $50. You can donate up to $50 for the special election even if you've already donated the $50 maximum to Jordan for the primary election. Donations from DC residents are matched five-fold (so a $50 donation means $300 for the campaign).

Jordan doesn't take money from corporations or PACs -- just grassroots supporters like you.
