I’m Joy Jiandani, a mom, educator, and community advocate running for Fairfax County School Board At-Large. I’m running because our schools deserve leadership that listens, asks the hard questions, takes accountability seriously, and never loses sight of who every decision is ultimately about: our students.


This campaign will be built the same way strong communities are built, together. Across Fairfax County, we’re bringing families, educators, students, and neighbors together around a shared belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.


Join us as we officially kick off Joy for Schools and begin this journey across Fairfax County.
