Dr. Judy Patacsil has dedicated more than 35 years to helping students succeed as a professor, counselor, licensed psychotherapist, higher education leader, and Palomar College Trustee.
As the first Filipina American elected to the Palomar College Board of Trustees, Judy brings decades of firsthand experience in both instruction and student services to every decision she makes.
Throughout her career, she has championed mental health services, expanded educational opportunities, supported students from diverse backgrounds, and worked to ensure every student has a pathway to success.
Judy is running for re-election to keep Palomar College focused on what matters most: student success, educational opportunity, responsible stewardship, and experienced, transparent leadership.
