The Democratic Attorneys General Association fights to ensure state governments have Democrats at the helm enforcing the law and protecting Americans. Winning state attorneys general offices across the country will be vital to enforcing the law against the most corrupt presidential administration in history and its cronies.
The GOP believes in one set of laws for themselves, and one set of laws for the rest of us. Democrats believe in justice and fairness. Help the Democratic Attorneys General Association build and expand the network of law enforcement that will undo the web of corruption that spreads across this country from Mar-A-Lago.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions or gifts to the Democratic Attorneys General Association are not tax deductible. Contributions will be used at Democratic Attorneys General Association’s sole discretion to support its programs and activities. Democratic Attorneys General Association may use all or part of a contributor's funds, and disclose them as necessary, in states of its choosing. Democratic Attorneys General Association files public disclosure reports with the IRS and states in accordance with state election laws.
By donating to DAGA, you agree that your contribution may be used for campaign media spending and your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer may be reported to the Arizona Secretary of State for disclosure to the public. To opt out of having your donation so used, contact us at compliance@dems.ag within 21 days of making this donation. A receipt confirming your decision to opt-out is available upon request.
Contributions or gifts to DAGA Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Unlimited contributions are accepted from individuals. DAGA Victory Fund does not accept contributions from corporations, unions, foreign nationals, or national banks. Please include your occupation, employer, and employer’s address. Federal law imposes taxes and penalties on political organizations for failing to disclose this information to the IRS. Contributions will be used at the DAGA Victory Fund’s sole discretion to support its programs and activities. DAGA Victory Fund may use all or part of a contributor’s funds, and disclose them as necessary, in states of its choosing, such as Minnesota, and the IRS.
Your contribution will be deposited in DAGA PAC’s Contribution Account. Individuals and Federal PACs may contribute $5,000 per calendar year to the DAGA PAC Contribution Account. Corporations, labor organizations, and other federally prohibited sources may not contribute to the DAGA PAC Contribution Account. By signing below, permissible sources agree that the first $5,000 of your contribution will be deposited in DAGA PAC’s Contribution Account and the remainder in DAGA PAC’s Non-Contribution Account. You also agree that this allocation formula may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution to DAGA PAC’s Contribution Account.
