Wilber Rafael Garces Perez was making a DoorDash delivery in Austin, Texas, when he was shot by ICE. Perez is a 28-year-old asylum seeker who entered the United States through a parole program and has no criminal history. But ICE shot him — and he is now in ICE custody at a detention center in Texas with a bullet still in his back.


He deserves justice. The public deserves the truth! And we can't trust ICE to investigate their own shooting.
