- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to Jack for AG are not tax deductible. Contributions from foreign nationals, corporations, government contractors, labor organizations and national banks, are prohibited by law. State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address of individuals whose contributions exceed $50 and additionally requires occupation name of employer, and employers address of individuals whose contributions exceed $250 in an election cycle.
