Your donation supports something called VAN, the Voter Activation Network. It’s the main tool campaigns use to reach voters, track conversations, and organize volunteers for phonebanks, textbanks, and canvassing.
But here’s the thing. They make it harder for newcomers to run.
VAN charges first-time candidates like me around $5,000, while incumbents only pay $2,500 for the same access.
That kind of pay-to-play setup keeps everyday people out of politics. It is exactly why grassroots campaigns like ours need your help even more.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
