Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Josh Turek Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Josh Turek for Iowa 2026 primary debt, the second $3,500 will be allocated to Josh Turek for Iowa and designated for the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to the Iowa Democratic Party. The next $44,300 of each contribution from a person and $15,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and designated for the DSCC’s general fund. The next $265,800 from a person and $90,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and designated for the DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits.
The allocation formula may change if Josh Turek for Iowa receives sufficient funds to pay off its outstanding primary election debts. Funds will be used in connection with a federal election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting janna@bluesummitsolutions.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
