Juan Lopez Estevez, proudly raised in St. Petersburg, hails from a family of Cuban refugees who sought the American Dream. Since 1975, his family members have called District 3 home, with roots in Shore Acres, Harbor Isle, and Snell Shores.


Juan's mission is to bring his municipal experience in generating revenue growth to the city. His top priorities include addressing key issues such as housing affordability, the new Rays stadium & historic Gas Plant redevelopment, transportation, improving our quality of life, and managing our rapid population growth while preserving St. Petersburg’s identity and charm. Juan Lopez Estevez is committed towards a brighter future for our community.
