My name is Julie Flynn. I’m a union member and an educator, and I’m running for Congress in NJ’s 4th District. My opponent has been in office for 45 years and has done nothing that whole time, except move to Virginia and sell out New Jersey to MAGA. New Jerseyans deserve better than that. We deserve representatives who make decisions not out of loyalty to a man or party, but from a place of morality with clear evidence that what they are doing is right.
We need someone who will fight to bring down costs and hold large corporations accountable for underpaying their employees, forcing those employees to go on welfare and SNAP. We shouldn't be subsidizing their greed. Everyone deserves to not just live, but to thrive. We can raise wages. We can make AI companies pay for overtaxing our electric grid, so we don't have to have to pay higher energy bills. We can have affordable healthcare and childcare. We can have our money go to fighting climate change instead of $50,000 signing bonuses for ICE.
I am a lifelong New Jersey resident who loves it here and wants it to be a place we all can afford to live, where we don't have to worry about the ocean rising up or being unable to pay our bills. I will fight for you to have a good life and a better world to live in, but I need your help to get into the fight.
