Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley, I realized the path to a better life was not easy, but hard work and the strength of our community gave opportunities to my parents showed me that the promise was real.
Now, that promise is now broken. The powerful few are leaving the RGV’s working families behind, crushed by healthcare costs and stagnant wages. I'm running for State Representative to rebuild the community that lifted me up, to secure affordable healthcare, rebuild dignity to labor, and fight for schools that empower students AND teachers.
I don’t come from money and I’m up against financial powerhouses. This scrappy neighborhood campaign runs on your contributions. Consider chipping in for an RGV that works for ALL.
