About Johanna Ocampo:

With over a decade of experience as a dedicated yoga teacher and more than 1200 hours of training, Johanna is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and consciousness. Certified in various disciplines, including YivaMukta yoga, Ashtanga, and AchromaticYoga, she brings a diverse skill set to her classes.


Johanna leads community classes at local state parks and Urban Sadhu Yoga in Jersey City. She has created a unique program for children and teenagers at Fasttrack Languages, focusing on mindfulness and movement to help students acknowledge and regulate their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.


Her experience extends to training teachers and staff at nonprofit organizations like Team Wilderness in Jersey City, where she integrates yoga into outdoor activities, impacting individuals of all ages. Johanna's commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community makes her a vital leader in Jersey City. Join her for an enriching experience that promotes wellness, connection, and growth!
