Through the uncertainty, all we know is that TOGETHER we will continue to grow and thrive!
In 2019 the Carolina Migrant Network was created as a community response to the need for free legal presentation for people detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the Charlotte area.
Juntos, we have increased our capacity to represent families in the Carolinas as the only legal nonprofit representing people in detention and/or in removal proceedings.
Juntos, we have increased our capacity to represent people detained in Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
And we know that juntos, we will continue to provide the necessary legal representation to people detained in immigration detention centers.
Juntos let's make a difference:

Carolina Migrant Network is the ONLY non-profit in our region to offer FREE legal representation for people detained and representation on bond cases. With our legal support families with loved ones in detention have a fighting chance. We are asking you to help us continue fighting for those who are unable to pay for legal representation by becoming a sustaining member.
As a token of our gratitude to those becoming sustaining members or making a donation of $30, we will be mailing you a Free them all tote bag.
