Justice for All is leading efforts to protect and expand the current 4-3 Democratic majority on the Michigan Supreme Court. The electoral math is simple–if we lose both seats, we lose the current fair and just majority. Victory is essential to ensure that the Court continues to properly interpret the law in so many areas - reproductive, workers’ and voting rights, continues progress on criminal justice reform, and issues impactful decisions on environmental cases and democracy reforms - just to name a few.
