A high bar means every worker in every community around the globe will be made whole, and have a new, full-time job paying at least 100 percent equivalent wages to disappearing good-paying, union-wage jobs.

A "high bar" will guarantee a better future for workers, sustain their communities and ensure economic vitality on every continent as every nation grapples with climate change.
