Attorney General Kathy Jennings is fighting for us. She has held opioid manufacturers accountable, combatted violent crime, and pushed a host of new laws to make our system more fair and equal. She has strengthened gun laws and worked to protect voting rights.
She oversees a $41 million budget and 450 staff. Over her career, she has served as State Prosecutor, Chief Deputy Attorney General, and Chief Administrative Officer of New Castle County.
She has prosecuted hundreds of cases: domestic violence, sexual assaults, and homicides, including the successful prosecution of a serial killer using DNA evidence and analysis -- the first in a Delaware Court.
