Registration for the conference is $50. **You must register by Sunday, March 15, 2020 to have your name printed on your conference credential.**
Housing at Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City/Kansas
Hotel reservations can be made separately by no later than March 2nd. After this time, we cannot guarantee space in the hotel.
Liability Waiver
In registering for this event the registrant and participant agrees to abide by the Young Democrats of America's Participant Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.

Parent / Guardian Waiver for Minors
If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian waiver for minors must be submitted immediately after registration to office@yda.org.
Hardship Waiver
To request a hardship waiver on registration fees or request assistance on accommodations, email office@yda.org.
YDA reserves the right of admission and may ask for proof of identification to participants in order to comply with any appropriate law or regulation.
