KC Women's Action Collective: Make Action. Make Change. Make it Monthly.

We’re Kansas City Women’s Action Collective — a volunteer-powered crew of women, non-binary folk, and allies, taking action to protect our rights and advance justice in our hometown of Kansas City. This past year, we’ve pulled off multiple protests, marches, and rallies, built trainings that grow new leaders, and stood side-by-side with coalitions fighting for democracy, justice, and equality.


Every banner, every megaphone, every bottle of water-so much water- it all comes from us chipping in together. We value every dollar our activists have refused to let us refuse, and each one keeps the movement alive. When that support is steady, it transforms. Monthly donors turn moments of action into a movement for change.


Here’s why:

  • We move fast. Crises don’t wait and neither do we. Monthly support means we’re ready the moment action is needed. 
  • Small gifts = big reach. We know money is tight. And we’re just not here to fight one man. We’re making a lifestyle change for ourselves and our city. Even $5 or $10 a month keeps us in the fight for the long haul and multiplies into real, sustained impact.
  • Our roots are grassroots. As a collective, powered and guided by the people who show up, we answer to our members, and no one else. Small monthly donations keep our agenda truly ours.
