Keep Larkspur Fair and Affordable!



This November renters, homeowners and mom and pop landlords have joined the Bon Air and Skylark Tenant Associations and The North Bay Labor Council to put real rent control and eviction protections on the ballot to keep families in their homes. It’s time for Larkspur families to have true protection from corporate landlords.


What would rent control do?


  • Keeps Larkspur Rents Affordable and protect renters from massive rent hikes 
  • Provides a Fair Return on Rents for our local mom and pop landlords 
  • Prevents Unfair Evictions by protecting tenants who follow the rules 
  • Helps People Put Down Roots and support strong neighborhoods in Larkspur by preventing displacement 
  • Can only be changed or amended by a vote of, you, the people, not the government




 

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
