Edgar Soto is a lifelong Tucsonan, educator, and community leader who currently serves as Campus Vice President at Pima Community College. With more than 30 years at Pima, he has dedicated his career to helping students succeed, especially those from underserved communities, by creating pathways to college, careers, and a better future.
Edgar is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and holds degrees from the University of New Mexico, the University of Arizona, and Northern Arizona University. He is deeply involved in the community, serving on multiple boards and working to expand opportunities for young people across Southern Arizona.
He has lived in Legislative District 17 for over a year and is running for office because he believes every Arizonan deserves access to quality education, affordable opportunities, and a fair shot at success.
Individuals can donate a maximum of $5,500 per person.
