Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Jane Fonda & Mike Levin Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The funds will be split equally between Jane Fonda Climate PAC and Mike Levin for Congress. For contributions to Mike Levin for Congress, the first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be designated for the primary election. The next $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC that is allocated to Mike Levin for Congress will be designated for the general election. For contributions to Jane Fonda Climate PAC, the first $5,000 of each contribution a person/PAC will be designated to Jane Fonda Climate PAC’s Contribution Account. Any contributions in excess of $5,000 will be designated to Jane Fonda Climate PAC’s Non-Contribution Account.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting nissen@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
