Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- If this contribution is made with a corporate card, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
- Corporations, incorporated companies, and incorporated associations are prohibited from contributing more than $1,000 per calendar year, directly or indirectly, to a political party, candidate for
office or political committee.
Individual, PAC, LLC, and partnership donations are unlimited. Corporations are limited to $1,000 per candidate per year. State law requires political committees and campaigns to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
