Kendra for Billings

You're not a millionaire, I totally get it. So what does a City Council campaign need money for? Palm/walking cards, fundraising letters, coffee for volunteers, lawn signs, maybe some Instagram ads.

Don't live in Billings? Your contribution simultaneously goes toward a 34-year-old writer at work on a book of essays about running a first political campaign (that's me, Kendra). Why is City Council the most important office most of us know nothing about? How do you campaign with a 1-year-old? What made me take the leap into politics? The answers to these questions and so many more available (hopefully) soon.

FUNDRAISING GOALS

The goal is to raise around $10,000. Individual contributions in Montana are limited to $180/person. This means I need a whole heck of a lot of people to reach this goal. Any little bit helps. Can you spare $10/month for the next 6 months? $75 right now? Can you and your spouse each donate the full $180?

All contributions come with the undying thanks of me & my family. There may also be special rewards for generosity, such as handwritten poems from my 7-year-old. They're as good as they sound.
