Kevin Kennedy was a 37-year trusted member of the Winchester Frederick County Democratic Committee (WFCDC) and a lifelong Democrat who tirelessly gave of his time, energy, and resources to elect Democrats, achieve social justice for everyone, and ensure that democratic principles guide Winchester and Frederick County local government at every level.

Upon Kevins passing in August 2024, the WFCDC established membership levels to recognize Kevin Kennedy. In 2026 WFCDC created the Kevin Kennedy Visionary Sustaining Donor

Kevin Kennedy believed in Democrats Helping Democrats. Today WFCDC asks for your support in becoming a Kevin Kennedy Visionary Sustaining Donor program.

As a Kevin Kennedy Visionary Sustaining Donor you will support WFCDC's annual budget to:

• Establish and maintain a local WFCDC office,
• Provide one place to conduct organizational and administrative support (Get voters registered, Get-out the Vote during Early Voting and Election Day,
• Keep All Voters Informed about Candidates and Issues and,
• Support local Democratic Candidates.

The WFCDC is the local arm of the Democratic Party of Virginia.Your support makes a difference!
