Dr. Kenneth Morgan‑Aguilera is a lifelong public servant, educator, U.S. Army veteran, and community leader based in Fort Worth, Texas. With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, public health operations, and organizational leadership, he has dedicated his career to supporting families, strengthening communities, and expanding opportunities for young people.

He currently serves as a college professor, teaching courses in leadership, management, and organizational behavior. His work in education reflects his commitment to helping the next generation develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Kenneth’s background also includes executive roles in school‑based health programs and community organizations, where he oversaw operations, strategic planning, and partnerships that supported underserved neighborhoods. His professional journey has been shaped by resilience, service, and a deep belief in the power of community.

As a U.S. Army veteran, Kenneth brings a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and service to everything he does. His experiences in the military continue to influence his leadership style and his dedication to serving others.

Outside of his professional life, Kenneth is a devoted husband, father of five, and grandfather of eight. His family remains at the center of his values and continues to inspire his commitment to service and community engagement.

He remains actively involved in local outreach, youth programs, and public events, including recent invitations to speak at schools and community gatherings.
