Equal Rights for All is a 2026 Oregon ballot measure campaign that will secure the right to abortion, contraception and IVF, gender-affirming healthcare, and same-gender marriage in the Oregon Constitution. Your support will protect our communities and stop politicians aiming to turn back the clock on civil liberties! 


Together, we can ensure a new era of constitutionally protected reproductive rights, gender-affirming healthcare, transgender & gender-expansive rights, and marriage equality in Oregon.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
Oregon offers an income tax credit for qualifying Oregon tax filers who contribute to qualifying state, federal or local political campaigns. The total credit is limited to $100 on a joint return or $50 on a single or separate return. Please see Oregon Secretary of State for details.
