Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Keystone Battleground will be allocated as follows:
All individual/PAC contributions will be split equally between HoulaPAC, Friends of Janelle Stelson, Chris Deluzio for Congress, Susan Wild for Congress and Cartwright for Congress. A maximum contribution for an individual is $18,200 with $5,000 allocated to
HoulaPAC and $3,300 each towards the 2024 General for Friends of Janelle Stelson,Chris Deluzio for Congress, Susan Wild for Congress and Cartwright for Congress. The maximum PAC Contribution is $25,000 and will be allocated as $5,000 to HoulaPAC and $5,000 each towards the 2024 General for Friends of Janelle Stelson, Chris Deluzio for Congress, Susan Wild for Congress and Cartwright for Congress.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting janelli@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
