Leadership we need! I've served on non-profit boards at Norman B. Barr Camp & Suicide Prevention Services. I'm a union leader at ECC having served as president & chief negotiator and chair the Batavia Township Democrats. I've learned that relationships matter, trust matters, consensus matters. Strong organizations are built when people listen to one another, respect different perspectives, work toward common goals, and share similar values.

I’m committed to building relationships, finding common ground, staying true to democratic values and principles, and creating conditions for the board, and the county, to succeed. I believe we can do better, and I am prepared to lead that effort.
