Contribution rules
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
KCFDW is a Section 527 political organization under the Internal Revenue Code; and a political committee under the statutes of the State of Washington Public Disclosure Commission. There are no limits on contributions to a political organization or political committee by individuals, bona fide political organizations, political action committees, unions, or corporations. Donations from candidate campaigns including surplus accounts are prohibited; and during the 21 days before the general election, no contributor may donate over $5,000 to a political committee.
