The first $3,300 from an individual and the first $5,000 from a PAC will be designated for the primary election. Any amount above $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $3,300 from an individual and $5,000 from a PAC will be designated for the general run-off election.
Contributions or gifts to Ossoff Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of all individuals who contribute more than $200 in an election cycle.

The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: The first $5,000 from a person or multi-candidate committee ("PAC") will be allocated to Health Jobs Justice. The next $3,300/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee ("PAC") will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate and designated for the primary election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee ("PAC") will be allocated to the Georgia Federal Elections Committee. The next $6,600/$10,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee ("PAC") will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate and designated for the general and runoff elections.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular authorizing entity. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
