As Attorney General, Kris Mayes has vowed to stop all of these efforts. Using the Arizona Constitution's privacy clause, and the power given to the Attorney General, Kris has pledged not to allow anyone to prosecute patients or doctors for reproductive health care.
The choice is crystal clear. We can elect Kris Mayes and protect privacy, keep doctors out of jail, and keep people's health care decisions in their own hands. Or we can let the Republicans win and all abortions -- no exceptions for rape or health -- will be banned.
