Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions to Kris Mayes Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $5,500 per election cycle from each individual, partnership, or PAC will be allocated to Kris Mayes for Arizona. Any funds beyond these from an individual, partnership, or non-multicandidate PAC will be allocated to the Navajo County Democratic Committee – Non Federal Account.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ops@copperstatevictory.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Contributions or gifts to Kris Mayes Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
Kris Mayes Victory Fund does not accept corporate or labor treasury funds, or contributions from foreign nationals.
By donating to the Navajo County Democratic Committee through the Kris Mayes Victory Fund, you agree that your contribution may be used for campaign media spending and your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer may be reported to the Arizona Secretary of State for disclosure to the public. To opt out of having your donation so used, contact us at ops@copperstatevictory.com within 21 days of making this donation. A receipt confirming your decision to opt-out is available upon request.
