Krista Griffith is the State Representative for the 12th District, which includes neighborhoods in Wilmington, North Wilmington, Centerville, Greenville, and Hockessin. She is a parent, attorney, and advocate who has dedicated her career to protecting Delaware residents and improving the lives of people of all ages. 

As a mother raising two boys Krista fights for Delaware families with Experience, Empathy, and Results

After working her way through law school at night while working as a reporter during the day, Krista was hired as a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice. Over the next decade, she was a leader in combating domestic violence, child abuse, and the exploitation of seniors. She successfully prosecuted one of the first cases of cyberstalking in Delaware.

Krista lives in the Fairfax neighborhood with her husband, Ted, and their boys, Sam & Nate, and black lab, Arthur. She loves spending time with family and friends, building Lego, reading, and adding to her shoe collection. She decided to run for office to be of service to her neighbors bringing her unique background of reporter, lawyer, and advocate to the 12th District.
