Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Kansas Senate Victory Fund 2026 will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will be allocated in the following order for persons (“P”) and multicandidate committees (“PAC”): the first $3,500 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to Hamilton for Kansas; next $44,300 (P) and $15,000 (PAC) to DSCC’s general fund; next $265,800 (P) and $90,000 (PAC) to DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting hamilton@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
