Under Colorado campaign finance law, contributions to this candidate committee from individuals, sole proprietorships, LLPs, LLCs, political committees and Federal PACs are limited to $400 total per election cycle. Contributions from small donor committees are limited to $5,350 total per election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign governments, and non-U.S. citizens are prohibited. Registered lobbyists and their principals are prohibited from donating to this committee while the Colorado General Assembly is in session and should disregard any solicitation during that time. Political campaign contributions are not tax-deductible.
