SLOCDP Labor Day BBQ 2026
Hello Friends!
What: It's time to gather once again for our annual SLOCDP Labor Day BBQ! Good food! Good music! Great speakers! Labor Leader Awards!
Why: This is our traditional kick-off to campaign season, and we’re planning an event to reflect the significance of this HUGE mid-term election. Join us to help our endorsed local, state and national Democratic candidates win in November!
Where: Atascadero Lake Park
When: Monday, September 7th
11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Cost: $35.00 per ticket
Cuesta and Poly Students $20.00
Kids 10 and under free!
*Gluten free and vegan options available!
What Else: Bring a hat, lawn chair and water bottle. Pay attention to the weather reports.
Trump Tax: Due to EVERYTHING being more expensive because of Trump’s tariffs and wars, our cost to host this event has spiked. As a result, we’ve had to add a $10 Trump Tax to the price of our tickets. Sorry, but this is just another reason we must elect more Democrats to local, state and national offices!
