Help us send Louisiana students to Summit

Every Year, High School Democrats of America Holds a national event called Summit in Washington D.C. Louisiana has not sent a student to summit in 2 years, the main barrier to entry for many dedicated students is cost. The cost of tuition to summit is $470 which pays for basically all their needs while in D.C. including meals, transportation, lodging and programming. Students though are responsible for their transportation to D.C. which can also be about $500.  Louisiana High School Democrats wants to offer full and partial need and based scholarships to ensure that Louisiana will have a big presence this year, Last year's summit included speakers such as Keith Ellison, Jason Kander, and Howard Dean. Do you really want to miss that?
