Rural North Carolina has always been my home and has forever had my heart. It's past time that we send someone to Raleigh who will fight for all of us, not just the top 1% and corporations.
It's time we invest in our children, by providing them a sound education as described in the Leandro plan. It's time we allow North Carolinians to choose who they want to represent them, not the elite-GOP choose their districts. It's time we protect and provide reproductive healthcare for every single person that is capable of having children.
Look folks, I could go on and on, but the fact of the matter is this. We need someone who looks like us to represent US in the NC General Assembly. I'm that gal, will you join me in launching my campaign by chipping in $50 or $25 to help flip this district and flip North Carolina blue?
