Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
Contributions to Lithuanian American PAC, Inc. (LAPAC) are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal government contractors should consult counsel prior to making a contribution to LAPAC. LAPAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) as an independent expenditure-only committee and may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, and other organizations. Your contribution is not subject to FEC contribution limits. LAPAC’s spending is independent, and it does not make contributions to, or coordinate its spending with, any candidates or political parties.
