Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Lasher - Conley Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All contributions will be allocated evenly between Lasher for Congress and Cait for New York committees until each committee has received $50,000 after the Lasher - Conley Victory Fund Committee expenses have been paid. All contributions will be allocated up to $3,500 each to Lasher for Congress and Cait for New York, for use in the candidate’s general election, up to $5,000 to Wonk PAC and Answer the Call PAC. Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting rgottheim@gmail.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
